Open the registration page and enter your name, email address, password, and password confirmation. Then verify your email using the verification message you receive. Once verified, you can use the participant features and complete purchases.
What are the benefits of registering? expand_more
Your account allows you to add available courses and books to your cart, view purchases and invoices, access your courses and books, and track lesson progress. Creating an account alone does not unlock paid content before the purchase is confirmed.
How do I enroll in a course through the website? expand_more
Sign in and verify your email, then open a course available for purchase and add it to your cart. Complete the order using one of the available payment methods. Once payment is confirmed, the course becomes available through your account.
How do I buy a book or another item from the website? expand_more
You can purchase the courses and digital books offered for sale on Jana. Add your selection to the cart and complete the order using an available payment method. Once payment is confirmed, courses appear in your courses and books appear in your books. Digital books are read inside the Jana website only and no downloadable book file is provided with the purchase.
Which payment methods are available outside Jordan? expand_more
Checkout displays the payment methods currently available for your order. These may include PayPal or manual payment depending on what is enabled and available at the time. If you are unsure which option is suitable for your country, contact us before making a transfer.
Which payment method is preferred outside Jordan? expand_more
When PayPal is available as a payment option, it is a suitable electronic payment method for customers outside Jordan. If the appropriate option is not shown for your order, contact us to confirm the available methods before making a transfer.
Can I pay outside the website? expand_more
Yes, when manual payment is available for your order. Follow the transfer instructions shown and then upload the payment receipt through the website. Sending the transfer alone does not activate a course or book; the administrator reviews and confirms the payment before access is granted.
What is your refund policy? expand_more
You can submit a refund request through the Contact Us page. Jana reviews each request, and if the refund is approved, the payment is returned manually using the appropriate method and access to the refunded course, book, or content is revoked.
Can I pay using CliQ? expand_more
CliQ can be used when CliQ details are shown in the manual payment instructions for your order. After making the transfer, upload the payment receipt through the website. The administrator reviews the payment before access is activated.
Can I download a purchased book or copy its content? expand_more
No. Digital books purchased through Jana are provided for reading inside the website using Jana’s reader only. Purchasing a book does not provide a downloadable file or permission to copy its content outside the platform.
